Water meters were installed to track water consumption in a multi-unit building. Work was completed during nighttime hours to minimize disruption to the existing tenants.

We wouldn’t believe the transformation of this bathroom if we didn’t actually do the work ourselves! New free-standing bathtub and stand alone shower fit beautifully in the space and look like they’ve been there the whole time. Scroll for the unbelievable before photo!

A new basement bathroom in a 100 year old house presented challenges. Connecting to old sunken pipes, pulling up concrete to run new sewer lines and fitting in a full size shower in a low height basement resulted in a new ensuite bathroom, transforming the 2 bedroom/1 bath home into a 4 bedroom/2 bath space for a growing family.

This house was due for a bathroom update. Working on older homes is becoming our specialty. We were able to change the layout, flipping the vanity and the tub, creating more space and allowing more than one person at a time to fit into this tiny bathroom. The transformation in this design build project speaks for itself.
