After many nights pondering who we are and what sets us apart, Legacy Mechanical Services strives to create an environment where all employees think like an owner to protect both their client’s interests and the bottom line. PHIL SINNOCK, president

Phil is a proud 4th generation plumber, who graduated from the Apprenticeship Plumber Program at SAIT Technical College in Calgary, Alberta, and is a Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter. He holds a Cross Connection Control Specialist Certificate and is a Licensed City of Winnipeg Plumbing Contractor. When he can find time away from the phone, he enjoys finding new ways to smoke meat, scuba diving, and messing around with water toys at the lake.

Neil shaw

Neil is Red Seal Refrigeration Technician with extensive knowledge of many of the ice machines, walk-in coolers and freezers around Winnipeg. An incredibly hardworking father of two kids, when he’s not working, parenting, or running a local business with his in-laws, Neil is a sports enthusiast and plays in multiple different leagues.

Matt Glover

Matt is a Sheetmetal Journeyman with 10 years experience in the trades. He is mechanical contractor certified with the City of Winnipeg, and enjoys working on complex projects, particularly stainless steel and welded ductwork. Matt runs our special projects division and is well versed in Estimation. His free time is spent with his family, his 3 dogs and building out at the cabin - his home away from home.

Kolton Marchuk

Kolton is a 3rd level Plumber with 9 years experience in the plumbing trade and advanced knowledge in water treatment systems. Having worked for many years in general construction, he brings an additional expertise in framing, drywall, carpentry and concrete work. He’s also a diagnostic guru, finding solutions to the most complicated plumbing issues.

ADAM DUDEK

Adam is a versatile member of the our team who has gained experience in many facets of trades including plumbing, electrical, flooring and carpentry. He has a love for hydronic systems, boilers and is a great problem solver! He left the trade for 5 years to work on high pressure gas wells in the oil fields. In 2016 he returned home to his true love of plumbing. In Adam’s spare time, you can find him in the bush at his seasonal with his dog and partner, enjoying being immersed in nature.

Jamison Pion

Jamison Pion is a 4th level Plumber with more than 10 years experience in the plumbing trade. He specializes in commercial and new home builds with an eye for straight lines and an impeccable attention to detail. He loves to see projects through from start to completion. When not working, you can find him at the lake fishing.

EVAN GREGORY

Evan is a very enthusiastic member of the team, working with us since he was in High School. He has spent most of his time with us learning the HVAC and refrigeration trade and has become a whiz for large rooftop units. Currently a 2nd level HVAC tech, he spends his spare time snowmobiling, with his family at the lake, and playing outdoor hockey.

JUSTIN MaYER

Justin is a 2nd level Plumber who attended schooling after starting to work with us in 2019. After a period of time away to develop his skills, he has re-joined the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in agriculture water treatment systems. Justin is our resident drain cleaner expert. When he’s not unplugging drains, he has a thing for fish - both catching them and caring for them. Ask him anytime about his fish tank!

Trevor parrish

Trevor was a student studying to be a Civil Engineering Technologist in a previous life when he left to do more hands on work. He currently works with our sheet metal team, which makes his experience in framing and roofing come in handy. He’s a big fan of hockey and football and spends a lot of his spare time working out, or with his dog Lily.

AIDiN STEFANOWICH

Aidan works in our sheet metal division and has 2 years experience with sheet metal install. In a previous life, Aidin was an experienced granite & quartz countertop installer. In his spare time, he’s a very active sports enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, rollerblading and swimming.
